Shipping & Delivery
Please note:
- Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days following confirmation of payment. Orders are typically received within 5-12 days after shipping. Neither ship dates nor receive dates are guaranteed.
- Orders may only be shipped within the contiguous 48 states, USA.
- Orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground Service.
- UPS will not deliver to PO Box addresses. Standard street addresses are required for delivery.
- We apologize, however HomeFabrics & Rugs will not guarantee a ship date and will not be held liable for any delays in shipping.
Shipping is included on most area rugs!*
*Oversized rugs (lengths of 9ft or longer and/or weighing more than 150lbs) are shipped via common-carrier freight and include a shipping surcharge. The shipping surcharge is included in the cost of the item and varies between $150 and $200.
Shipping charges are added to each order. Shipping charge calculations are based on the order’s subtotal, less the subtotal of any area rugs purchased on the same order. Shipping charges are referenced on the following chart:

Due to their extended lengths, each curtain rod purchased will incur
a shipping surcharge of $6.50. This surcharge is added to the base price
of the curtain rod.
Other charges which may be added to orders
- Sales tax calculations (where applicable) are based on the subtotal of the items purchased, exclusive of any shipping charges. Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders where the shipping address in located within the geographical boundaries of any State in the USA where we also maintain a physical store location.
